Shipping Policy
**Please note: although we do our best, orders are NOT guaranteed to ship out the same day. Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed, and do not include the processing time. Once the order is taken by the carrier chosen, we have no control over the time it takes to get to you.
Occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered; you will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment or refunded. Rest assured any shipping delay or refund will be communicated to you.
*Orders over $250.00 may require a signature upon delivery.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly (UPS or USPS).
Shipping Times
All orders ship within 2-4 business days from receipt of order.
Orders received over the weekend (Friday after 12pm- Sunday) will ship on Monday. (Unless it is a holiday, then charges will send on the following Tuesday)
Delivery Times
**All delivery times are estimated and DO NOT include the processing time. Once the order leaves our store, we have no control over how long it takes the carrier to get your order to you.
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and will typically be delivered to your home in 3-5 business days. Where does Indigo Crow Ship? Street addresses, P.O. Boxes, and Businesses.
In-Store Pick Up
All orders can be picked up in-store for local customers. Simply select in-store pick-up as your shipping option at check out. We will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up. Please keep in mind that we will need at least 24 hours to process your order. You must have your order confirmation with you when picking up your order.
**Orders that are not picked up within 30 days will be canceled and refunded, less a 10% restocking fee.
